From several years of landscaping to my current love of house remodeling, I have learned that I'm not as young as I used to be!   

My house flipping started with me doing all the work but with the demands of my day job and sporting a bad knee, I'm forced to do some of the work and use contractors to do some.

The fun part is picking paint colors, coordinating kitchen and bath remodels and seeing an outdated house transition into a welcoming, modern home.  I do all of my own ceramic tile, some plumbing, some sheetrock repair, some electrical.  I've learned it's cheaper to hire professionals for many projects.
